We ship merchandise by USPS in the United States for a flat rate of $6.95. Any order $50 & up will be shipped for FREE! Orders are shipped within 2 - 4 business days of the purchase (excluding pre-orders) by USPS priority or first class based on weight.
Orders will usually get to you between 2-5 business days. Each order will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If the tracking states the order was delivered, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or damaged items. Once merchandise is shipped any risk becomes yours. If a shipment is not received, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS if necessary. Boss Boutique is not able to refund or replace items if this does happen.
Our inventory is always changing so returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive the merchandise back in the original state, including packaging and tags attached, a store credit will be issued. A store credit will be provided and can only be used online. We do not issue refunds.
A credit code will be emailed to you within 2-4 days after receiving your return. You will then enter this code at checkout on your next purchase. Shoes must be returned in the original box and unworn. Return shipping will be your responsibility and shipping charges on original purchase are non-refundable. All jewelry and sale items are Final SALE and may not be returned. Any items that appear worn, altered, untagged, or received after the return period will be returned to you are your expense. If postage to return the items is not paid within 5 days of receiving the return, the items will be donated. Damaged Items Please inspect your items once they arrive. If you notice a defect or damage to the merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have a damaged item in the 3 day period, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. If you do receive a defective item, follow these steps below: Use a smartphone to take pictures of the damaged area and email the images to email@example.com, also include an image showing the tag is still attached. Please type Damaged in the subject line. In the email include the order # and product name of the item. Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
